View, Measure & Print
Open TIFF files such as scanned documents,
images or rasterized CAD files; PDF files; and CSF files with this powerful but
simple viewer. Print files, pages or regions to fit
or to scale, and add watermarks and print banners.
Annotate/Redact
Make comments while viewing TIFF (or PDF/CSF)
files as overlay annotations (saved in XML format). Changemarks® place holders make it easy for
others to step through comments without missing a single change.
Redact (block out) areas simply by highlighting (or
automatically redact a specified word or words on PDF
and CSF) and burn-in the redactions as
secure CSF files, viewable by our free Brava Reader. Unlike PDF, CSF
is not an open format, so CSF files cannot be edited,
adjusted or converted by third party offerings.

Compare TIFF Files
Compare TIFF (and PDF/CSF) files dynamically. Use our
unique slider to toggle between images, view the files
as an overlay with differences highlighted or compare
the images side-by-side (ideal for verifying changes in
new revisions).
Save to PDF
Brava Desktop TXL views PDF files and can convert
TIFF and CSF files to PDF. Annotations created in Brava Desktop are transferred to
PDF as annotations objects.
Secure Content Sharing
CSF lets you share files while keeping
control of your content.
You can open your TIFF/PDF files, then publish them to
CSF (Content Sealed Format),
which includes our
Visual Rights® persistent
security controls. These controls let you limit who can see your content and what they
can do with it visually. You can add password protection,
onscreen/print banners and preset expiration dates;
disable printing, markup or measurement; and more.
You can also burn markups into a CSF rendition of
your file for easy, secure distribution to suppliers and/or customers.
Recipients can then view the CSF, with the markups, in
the free Brava Reader. Brava Desktop also has a
Redaction tool that lets you block sensitive areas from
view, search, copy and print.

Licensing
Brava Desktop TXL is licensed per workstation in either a
